Namely, to allow addition of one floor of residential accommodation to Block G and to parts of Block H to add residential units and to reduce carbon offset payment to allow connection to Church Street District Heating Scheme. Namely, the amalgamation of 2no. 1-bedroom (private) units at levels GF, 1 & 2 of Block H to create 3-bedroom (private) units (3no. in total).
