Namely, Minor internal alterations to walls and partitions to facilitate the reconfiguration of uses, removal of ETFE pillow roof and retention of existing courtyard from ground floor level. Alterations to include: new horizontal stage floor to create a levelled platform with new timber moulding, installation of new handrail balustrades on 4 corner stairs of sports hall, and existing window on external elevation to be replaced with a full height louvred panel and single leaf door widened to a double-leaf louvered door. Alteration to fenestration at lower ground floor to allow doors.
