Namely, minor alterations to the ground and upper floors of William Kent House (WKH) and the triangular staircase in the Ritz building; and external works to WKH including re-spacing balcony columns; ground floor external door detailed with light; first floor French windows cills lowered; new soil pipe to south west façade; Increased scope of slate replacement; relocated position of access hatch and dormer; new access ladder; windows and dormer louvre modification and to junction between Winter Garden and WKH.
