Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 2nd November 2022 (RN:22/01575/FULL) for the External alterations and extensions to 2-3 Orme Court, amalgamation of 2 Orme Court and basement of 3 Orme Court with 1 and 4-8 Orme Court, internal reconfigurations and refurbishments to facilitate change of use to residential, religious and educational establishment for international community of professionals, students and priests, including en-suite private bedrooms, communal areas, work and study spaces, meeting rooms, library and ancillary spaces (Sui Generis), and mansard extension with associated internal reconfigurations to retained flats at 3 Orme Court (Class C3) from RN: 22/01575/FULL. Namely, reinstatement of original window on western elevation at pavement level, installation of new rear window and balcony on the first floor, reinstatement of original chimney stack, relocation of rear wall of north-east corner of approved second-third floor rear extension, relocation of existing rear window on the third floor of No.2 Orme Court, alteration of new window on the fourth floor of No.2 Orme Court, the reconfiguration of ramp and refuse storage area between 3 and 4 Orme Court to allow alignment with internal levels of 4 Orme Court and increase capacity of refuse storage; and the opening of rooftop access hatch on roof of No.3 Orme Court
