Namely, to introduce composite timber decking (instead of concrete) to all seating levels within amphitheatre, natural turf in the stage / podium area as opposed to York Stone, Omission of previously approved planters at top level, Retention of central staircase as existing (refurbished with new finishes), Extension of benches opposite 12a Sheldon Square, Retention of top-level stainless-steel handrail and omission of previously approved green wall.
