Amendments to planning permission granted on appeal dated 13 May 2021 (APP/X5990/W/20/3264020) for: Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment to provide a building of basement, ground and six upper floors with plant enclosure at roof level, comprising retail (A1), offices (B1) and five residential (Class C3) units and associated works. Namely, revised layouts to basement and ground floors; addition of three lights to fifth floor maintenance terrace, two automatic opening vents, maintenance door and enlargement of access hatch at sixth floor level (with addition of condition 26 for use only in an emergency or for maintenance purposes); drafting error on Level 6 plan to include south facing window; and cladding to sixth floor level adjusted from curved to faceted profiles.
