Application of window film to all windows on the rear facade; refurbish the windows as follows: frames to be repainted, cracked glazing to be removed and replaced with glass to match existing; replacement of pitched glazed roof lanterns at west and east with double glazing new aluminium frame pitched roof lanterns; new lead cheeks and sills to the inset dormer windows on the front facade (West); replacement lead sills to the existing inset dormers on the East side of the front façade; new ventilated roof with lead finish to inset dormers on the rear facade (West side); replacement of flat roof at sixth floor level including installation of insulated kerb upstand to the back and front of the flat roof; installation of lead point ventilators to lead roof over the sixth-floor stairwell; replacement of water proofing finish at external walkways at first, third and fifth floor levels to the rear of the building with new waterproofing layer; repairs to pitched sections of roof slate finish; replacement of water tank enclosure on top roof new timber frame enclosure with a traditional lead finish to the enclosure; repairs and cleaning of Stonework; replacement of pipework on the rear facade; and associated works.
