Amendments to planning permission dated 07 April 2017 (RN:16/06616/FULL) for the: Construction of residential building on the site of Ergon House of nine storeys above ground to provide up to 108 residential units, provision of ground floor level retail unit (Class A1) and associated basement works, Deed of Variation to the S106 legal agreement for planning permission 13/09737/FULL in order to apply relevant provisions to this current application. (9 Millbank and The Gatehouse, Dean Bradley Street and demolition of Ergon House to be implemented under planning permission reference 13/09737/FULL). Namely, to allow alterations to mansard and roof level maintenance access, revised rooftop plant, services and elevation changes for servicing and the addition of Condition 32 to read: "The stair handrails to the approved roof access metalwork stairs must be collapsed when the stairs are not in use for maintenance purposes. Reason: To make sure that the appearance of the building is suitable and that it contributes to the character and appearance of this part of the Smith Square Conservation Area. This is as set out in Policies 38, 39 and 40 of the City Plan 2019 - 2040 (April 2021)."
