Variation of conditions 1 and 29 of planning permission dated 20 August 2020 (RN 20/01739/FULL) which itself varied condition 1 (approved plans) and condition 29 (residential unit numbers) of Planning Permission dated 4 November 2019 (RN: 19/01284/FULL) for Demolition of the existing building and redevelopment to provide two buildings: Building 1 comprising one basement level, ground and thirteen upper floors containing car parking, plant, affordable sheltered accommodation and market sheltered accommodation (Class C3), ancillary communal areas; Building 2 comprising sub-basement, two basement levels, ground and eleven upper floors containing plant, car parking, residential accommodation (Class C3) and ancillary leisure; reconfigured vehicular and pedestrian access together with landscaping and other works in association with the development, NAMELY Minor design amendments in respect of Building 2 facing St Johns Wood Road: Revised Sub-Station, car parking layout and bin store to basement 1, Facade revisions- relocation of east elevation windows, realignment of east and west elevation balconies, widening of east and west corner mullions, revised balustrade design at G/1/10th/11th floor level, introduction of decorative grilles to the south elevation at 11th floor; and Landscape revisions - provision of additional roof terrace, amended ground level refuse store and forecourt landscape design, and additional security gates, amendment to condition 29 ( added under reference 20/00928/NMA) to introduce the provision of a range of residential units numbers between 100 and 112, rather than the absolute 112 units (re-consultation on from RN 20/01739/FULL), NAMELY, to vary the approved drawing numbers and the number of residential units to reduce the number of residential units from 100 to 98 and increase the number of family sized units from 18 to 25.
