Variation of Conditions 1, 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6 of planning permission dated 29 October 2020 (20/05374/FULL) for: erection of a pavilion structure within the Quadrangle for use as additional restaurant seating and bar space in association with the restaurant on the ground floor of the building (north side of the Quadrangle); installation of a water feature; retention and relaying of Quadrangle courtyard cobbles within a revised design layout; installation of a sesame lift to the steps on the north side of the Quadrangle and associated works namely; to amend the design of the facade, alteration to the design of the rooflight, relocation of doors, introduction of push panels and access bollards, changes to cobblestone pattern; introduction of raised stonework and lighting around water feature and submission of details of facing materials, interior materials, water feature materials, typical bay details and sesame lift details previously reserved by conditions 2, 3, 4, 5 and 6.
