Variation of conditions 1 (approved drawings), 8 (Operational Management Plan) and the removal of condition 10 (temporary permission) of planning permission dated 18th October 2016 (RN 16/02946/FULL) for the Use of two moorings opposite the Hammersmith and City line entrance to Paddington Station to provide one boat as a cafe/exhibition space (Use Class Sui Generis) and one boat as dual retail/restaurant (Class A1/A3). Associated installation of additional seating and railings on the roof of both vessels. NAMELY, to allow the Variation of Condition 1 to include reference to the revised Operational Management Strategy (Revision B); Variation of condition 8 to reference the revised Operational Management Strategy (Revision B); and removal of Condition 10 which requires the approved use/s cease on 18 October 2021 and allow the boats to remain permanently.
