Variation of Conditions 1 and 6 of planning permission dated 08 July 2020 (RN: 19/09027/FULL) for the Partial demolition at 142-150 Wardour Street including removal of existing mansard roof to Film House and part of the rear and side facades; replacement of mansard roof, erection of new sixth floor and new sheer frontage at the eastern end of the site for office use (Class B1); creation of restaurant units (Class A3) at part ground and part basement levels fronting St Anne's Court, Wardour Street and Sheraton Street; shopfront alterations; creation of a terrace at sixth floor level for office use; installation of a roof level plant enclosure and associated external works (Site includes 138 Wardour Street, 142-150 Wardour Street and 20 St Anne's Court); NAMELY, to allow alterations to north east elevation including render whole of north east facade, reinstatement of two windows and the enlargement of a window at lower ground floor, addition of a transfer structure at level 6, and an additional window; omission of vent structures to party wall line to allow for the adjustment to the position of the acoustic plant screen; infilling central lightwell at lower ground, ground and level 01 to extend the office space; changes to dormer windows along Sheraton Street and Wardour Street; creation of a lobby at the top of the St Anne's Court core to accommodate new stairs; retention of existing street level stucco facade to St Anne's Court; introduction of louvre panes in the north east facade; and correction to north east elevation to show the sides of the three Wardour Street dormers.
