Variation of condition 8 of planning permission dated 13th February 2020 (RN 19/08297/FULL) for the variation of condition 1 and removal of condition 15 of planning permission dated 9th July 2019 (RN:18/06686/FULL) which intself was a 'Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 01 December 2015 (RN: 15/00496/FULL) for the Roof extension to provide four new residential (Class C3) units (3x3 bed and 1x4 bed) with external terraces and planters. NAMELY, to vary the wording to read "The development shall be carried out in complete accordance with the Construction Management plan by ARJ Construction Issue 01 dated 15.02.21 unless otherwise agreed in writing with the local planning authority"
