Variation of condition 10 of planning permission dated 10 May 2017 (RN: 17/02761/FULL) which in itself was a variation of permission dated 30 September 2009 (RN: 09/04770) for use of the building as a private members club including retail and restaurant (as varied by permission dated 23 September 2010 (RN 10/04368); NAMELY, to allow the use of the courtyard spaces at ground floor level shall only be used for drinking or dining purposes at the following: south-west courtyard - between the hours of 09:00 and 22:00 Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) and between 10:00 and 22:00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays. North-west courtyard - between the hours of 09.00 - 21.00 Monday - Friday (except Bank Holidays) and 10.00-18.00 on Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays and the north-east courtyard - between the hours of 08:00 - 22:00 Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) and 10:00-18:00 on Saturdays and not at all on Sundays and Bank Holidays.
