Variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 22 January 2020 (RN: 19/09338/FULL) for: Use of the two front vaults to provide additional bedroom to the existing lower ground and ground floor maisonette. Associated external alterations to the front lightwell including new entry vestibule under existing pavement crossover, and new double glazed timber painted sash windows. Namely, to amend the floor finish to the entrance steps, from existing tiles to new black and white encaustic tiles to match neighbouring properties.
