Namely, alterations to allow part of fifth floor and roof terrace to be used as additional hotel restaurant, relocation of service lift, new firefighting entrance bridge through existing window aperture, additional apertures in area way floor with glazed flooring to allow natural light into corridors, layout alterations, and associated works.
