Namely, to allow alteration to angle of glazing covering top of lightwell at ground floor level; adjustment to position of lightwell and extension to length of glazed protection handrails; removal of small sections of masonry wall at Basement -1 level to provide side access to lightwells, and addition of louvres to the lightwell facades and change to vertical curtain wall glazing in lightwells; notches into fabric of the King's Building at a high level at basement level -2 to support replacement structural slabs; and amendments to services.
