Amendments to planning permission dated 27 June 2018 (RN: 18/01027/FULL) for variation of condition 1 of planning permission dated 25 January 2017 (RN 16/02747/FULL) for the demolition of the existing buildings and redevelopment of the site to provide a six storey building comprising 9 self contained apartments, single storey basement level car parking, the provision of internal plant, cycle, refuse and recycling storage and the provision of roof level photovoltaic panels and green and sedum roofs, namely, to amend Sustainability and Energy Report to make two design alterations including changes to thermal fabric elements and to the proposed heating system. NAMELY, to amend the material of the balustrade to glass on the south-east elevation.
