Variation of Condition 10 of planning permission dated 04 May 2019 (RN:18/09020/FULL) for use of part basement and part ground floor as a restaurant (Class A3); installation of mechanical plant at roof level and alterations to the ground floor frontage; reconfiguration of the lift and stair core at ground floor level, rearrangement of plant enclosure and PV panels and revised access arrangements via new stair at roof level, revised design of the Great Newport Street elevation; amend the servicing management plan and operational management plan to reflect how the restaurant is operating and retain and maintain the recirculation plant and equipment; NAMELY, to allow for an ancillary delivery service to operate from the restaurant and provision of an updated operational management plan to reflect the provision of an ancillary delivery service for a temporary period of 12 months.
