Excavation around each tree to be undertaken with an air spade, and roots to be severed using secateurs or hand pruning saw. 2 x pleached lime trees located around the edge of the central lawn area (indicated by blue arrows on submitted plan): Removal 2 x Indian bean trees (T2 and T5): Lift crowns where they overhang the kerb to their south (within New Palace Yard) to achieve 3.5m clearance above the kerb. 1 x Indian bean tree (T4): Remove the major, propped stem on the south-western side of the tree back to the small secondary growth close to its union with the main stem.
