Extension of lift shaft and existing spiral staircase to serve 4th and 5th floor levels. Reconfiguration of existing and installation of new plant at roof level and erection of a dummy mansard roof to the Leicester Court elevation; Namely, rendered wall to replace the approved acoustic screen and increase in height from 39.730 m to 41.225 m to match the lift overrun, enclosure to staircase to upper deck.
