Variation of condition 1 of listed building consent dated 19 July 2019 (RN: 19/04367/COLBC) for: Alterations and refurbishment to existing basement and ground floor spa area. NAMELY, to allow the relocation of plant room door, relocate the central gully in the wet seating area, developed design detail to glazed screen in wet seating area, updating of skirting details and floor tile layout finish, removal of the portico and door on the entrance to the basement spa, alterations to Shower cubicle wall, updated details for ceilings to coordinate with M&E, steam vent ductwork for new steam room, and additional alterations to / replacement of door architraves; and approval of details of new windows pursuant to condition 4.
