Amendments to planning permission dated 17 January 2019 (RN: 18/08456) for: Reconfiguration of existing 7 residential flats (Class C3) on the upper floors with associated external alterations including removal of the residential entrances from Queensway and formation of a single entrance to the Porchester Gardens elevation of No.131, replacement of shopfronts, installation of new dormer windows and roof access hatch and gantry to rear roof slope of No.129A, erection of plant enclosure at roof level to No.131, alterations to fenestration to side and rear elevations, repair and replacement of render to front and side elevations of No.131 and erection of rear ground floor extension. Alterations to two existing ground and basement retail units, including lowering floor levels at basement and ground floor level and use of part of rear of unit at No.129A as a residential bin and cycle store. Namely, to allow the provision of an additional retail entrance door to the side elevation of 129A-131 Queensway facing Porchester Gardens.
