Amendments to planning permission dated 4 June 2019 (RN: 19/01872) for: Alterations and extensions to the buildings in connection with their use as a private members' club (sui generis) and a cafe (Class A3), works involve the partial demolition and rebuild of the Halkin Street mews facade, replacement Headfort Place mews facade and new mews roof mansard, erection of a single storey extension to the rear of the main building at the second floor level, the installation of external terraces at third and fifth floors, roof plant enclosures, openings to light well elevations, new metal railing behind lowered parapet and to the new terrace over the new extension, alteration of vaults and associated works.
