Erection of three storey building (plus basement level) with link to existing hospital fronting onto Grove End Road and erection of two storey extension to the main entrance building, both to provide additional hospital accommodation (Class D1). Installation of mechanical plant and associated external alterations. Namely, to allow changes to cycle and car parking layouts, introduction of a new light well at the base of the rear (south east) elevation, amendment to south west elevation and link to the existing hospital, demolition of the existing facade of the northern corner of the hospital, changes to escape stair and to flat roof, external lighting scheme, alterations to elevations, and associated works.
