Amendments to planning permission dated 26 November 2011 (RN: 11/03852) for: Redevelopment to provide retail use (Class A1) at part basement, ground and first floors and 11 residential units (Class C3) on the second to fifth floors (3x1 bedroom, 6x2 bedroom and 2x3 bedroom); installation of plant at roof level with associated enclosure, adjacent living roof on the western side of the roof and photovoltaic cells. Namely, to add a new Condition (no. 27) to the decision notice, in line with Westminster City Council's standard wording as follows: 27. 'The development hereby permitted shall be carried out in accordance with the drawings and other documents listed on this decision letter, and any drawings approved subsequently by the City Council as local planning authority pursuant to any conditions on this decision letter.'
