Variation of Condition 1 of listed building consent dated 27th April 2018 (RN 18/01789/LBC) for, 'Installation of a glazed lift in rear lightwell, enclosure of rear lightwell and installation of glazed screen, installation of five skylights at roof level, replacement of existing ground floor glazing to front, new window at rear first floor level, alterations to rear parapet wall and installation of metal cladding to rear facade, installation of flues, CCTV cameras, intercom system and internal alterations'; NAMELY, to carry out revised drawings that includes service access to roof level, rooflight solar shading and new condenser unit. The roof plan to now include, External roller shutters to all previously approved rooflights, new A/C condenser unit fixed to wall, existing rooflight over stair to be replaced with larger rooflight over landing to allow for service access. 4) Replacement openable rooflight for services access, size to match existing opening.
