T1 - Oak (Quercus robur): approximately 18m in height with a crown spread of 8m - Selectively prune branches currently in contact with the dwelling, pruning back to suitable previous pruning points using hand tools to provide a clearance of approx. 1-1.5m from the building (final finish cuts to good growth points). - Remove epicormic growth from the stem. T2 - Oak (Quercus robur): approximately 20m in height with a crown spread of 15m. - Selectively reduce the lowest eastern crown sector over the roof by up to 1.5m. - Undertake a selective crown lift to approximately 5m above ground level. - Selectively reduce the south western crown sector by up to 1.5m to provide approx clearance of 1-1.5m from the neighbouring roof at No. 23 - final finish cuts to good growth points. - Remove epicormic growth from the stem. All pruning works to be undertaken in accordance with BS3998:2010.
