T16 and T17 (2x Oak): Remove selected low secondary stems, epicormic regrowth and congested crossing growth arising from or immediatley adjacent to the previous cut branch/stem and lower trunk area. All sides of tree where this growth is present. The works are intended to clear the hedge/border line, reduce congestion around the previous cut area and improve visability of the trunks. Retain the main trunks, principal limbs and upper crowns.
