THE SOLAR ARRAY WILL COMPRISE OF 48 AIKO 3NEOSTAR 3S 495W N-TYPE ALL-BLACK PANELS DIVIDED INTO TWO EQUAL ROWS AT 35 DEGREES. THEY WILL REDUCE THE HOME’S CARBON FOOTPRINT BY 4864 KG AND PRODUCE 23.624 KWH/YR SUSTAINABLE RENEWABLE ENERGY FOR THE HOME. THE HOME CURRENTLY HAS RELATIVELY HIGH ANNUAL ELECTRICITY AND ENERGY (18 KWH/YR) CONSUMPTION. AN AIR SOURCE HEAT PUMP TO BE INSTALLED SET BACK FROM THE FRONT OF THE HOUSE NEXT TO THE LAUNDRY, TO REPLACE AN OLD OIL BOILER.
