TPO 288/2002 T1. - Large Lombardy poplar - to reduce by approximately 50% (8 metres) back to previous reduction points, including lifting the lower canopy to 4 metres in an effort to reduce the weight of overheavy branches and lessening the likelihood of crown failures. CA ONLY, NO TPO: T2/T3/T4/T5 - Four Leylandii Conifers, growing along the rear boundary, one of which is in poor condition, to fell to ground level due to concerns of overall size and weight, broken and dead branches as well as beginning to encroach on the fencing and patio and could potentially cause damage. T6. - Overhanging Ginkgo along the right-hand boundary - to cut back to the boundary (approx.1.5 metres) to give clearance to the roof. T7 - Magnolia / T8 - Cedar / T9 - Cypress / T10 - Cedar along the left-hand boundary - to lift the lower canopies to 3 metres, cutting back to give 1 metre clearance of the building and to also crown reduce the Magnolia by 1 metre. T11. - Bay tree adjacent to front gate ??? to lift the roadside canopy to 4-5 metres to comply with Highways Regulations and allow access underneath for high-sided vehicles.
