T1. False Acacia - Main entrance Driveway - Mature leaning tree in decline. Dieback throughout canopy and decay present at stem base. Fell to ground level T2. Hornbeam - Adjacent to Block 1 - Crown lift all round by 2m to improve clearance over parking bays. T4. False Acacia - Between block 1 and 6 - Large mature specimen tree colonized by wood decay fungus identified as Perenniporia fraxinea. Tree testing resulted in significant decay at stem base. Fell to ground level via sectional takedown. Poison stump to prevent regrowth T5. Cherry - Adjacent to block 6 - Prune back from building by 1-2m to maintain clearance. T6. Sycamore - East boundary opposite block 6 - Mature tree colonized by Phytophthora pathogen, leading to bleeding canker and eventually root rot. Report to forestry comission. Fell to ground level via sectional takedown. Remove infected wood and grindings from site. T7. Eucalyptus - East boundary opposite block 4 - Semi mature vigorous tree species. To contain canopy; Reduce canopy height by 4-5m and lateral spread by 3-4m. Current height and spread: 12m by 10m - Proposed height and spread: 8m by 6m T8. Silver Maple - North boundary overhanging Battersea Church Rd - Mature tree previously reduced. Colonized by wood decay fungus identified as Ganoderma applanatum. Tree testing resulted in insignificant decay at stem base. Reduce canopy to previous points (3m in height and 2m in lateral spread) to contain spread and mitigate wind-throw Current height and spread: 10m by 8m - Proposed height and spread: 7m by 6m T9. Silver Maple - North boundary overhanging Vicarage Walk - Mature tree previously reduced. Prune away from streetlight on Vicarage Walk to maintain 1-2m clearance.
