The tree is an overgrown holly shrub on the right hand side looking down our back garden from the house. We would like to remove (fell) this small tree (approx 16 ft high) as we are planning to have a small extension to the rear of the house and do not want the tree to be so near to the new building line. We have planted three new trees in the back garden since we moved in eight years ago (see marked plan) and therefore hope there is not an issue removing this one.
