TPO 441/2017 - T1 Oak: Remove areas of die back/dead wood and reduce crown by 10%. This work is to reduce the wind sail effect. The tree is showing decreased vigor since last year with areas of die back throughout the crown. Old pollard with primary & secondary pollard points. Managed with reduction and bracing in past. Bracing ineffective. Extensive hollowing and decay cavities in stem and primary limbs; cracks in main stem. Brick filled cavity at base.
