Demolish front infill and construct new as per structural engineer design and install a new electric roller shutter to match adjacent arch units. Resurface front yard to match adjacent arch units and install new palisade fence to the front including a new set of gates. Install a new lean-to structure to the rear. General refurbishment internally for continued light industrial use.
