The proposal provides much needed additional accessible toilets and changing facilities, improved parking and manoeuvrability for minibuses used by the service, remediation and improvement of water damaged areas of the facade, reconfiguration the accessible entrance ramp, and modernisation of the existing perimeter fence and entry gate. The proposal does not plan to change the massing of the site, aside from the demolition of existing standalone garages, separated from the main building by a vehicular garage court.
