T1: 1 x Pine - Crown lift lower branches by up to 3m. Remove major deadwood. Lightly thin and remove crossing branches by 15% to open up main canopy. Selectively shorten back over long lateral growth to shape and balance crown not exceeding 2m. This is not an overall reduction.  T2: 1 x Apple - Crown thin upper canopy by 15%, remove major deadwood. Prune overlong branches by up to 1 metre to balance – general maintenance T3: 1 x Bay -  Fell tree to ground level, grind out main rootball. Tree needs to be removed to allow fence to be reinstated in correct position between properties as per title deeds. (Amended Description)
