Minor material amendment to vary Condition 2 (Plans)  of  planning permission reference 230301 , granted 24/05/2023 , to allow  for amendments to the approved rear wraparound extension and outbuilding. Amendments to include (1) alteration to material finish from  London red stock brick to white render at  side elevation facing No. 113. (2)  alteration to material finish from aluminium cladding to London red stock brick at rear elevation. (3) alteration to roof material finish from aluminium cladding to glass reinforced plastic. (4) omission of alteration to floor/ ground level. (5) omission of Oriel window, replaced with fixed aluminium framed window. (6) alteration to outbuilding material finish at front elevation from aluminium cladding to London red stock brick.  (7)  alteration to outbuilding material finish at rear and side elevations  from  London red stock brick to white render. (8) alteration to outbuilding roof material finish from aluminium cladding to glass reinforced plastic.
