Works to 4 trees has been determined with our local arborist, Tony Craddock as per attached plan and pictures:, 1 - Walnut - removal of low hanging branches overhanging neighbours property to above head height to permit safe use of garden area., 2 - Ornamental Pear - the tree has been badly affected by draught and it has been recommended to remove dead / poor wood and reduce and reshape the the tree to support new growth which may enable it to recover., 3 - Bramley Apple - Remove dead wood and tidy up to maintain tree health, 4 - Beech - Reduce height of tree to that of adjacent garage ridge to reduce shading to underplanted hedge and provide space / light for struggling Ash Trees in neighbours garden, , All trees are not visible from any public space or road, only within the garden of Sunningwell House and direct neighbours, Copers Field & West View who have been consulted and are in agreement with the works.
