Application for non-material amendment of planning permission dated 17/04/2026, ref: PA/24/02089. Non Material Amendment(s) Sought: Building cores and circulation: Reconfiguration of the approved core arrangement, including associated changes to staircases, lifts, risers and circulation routes to address updated fire safety requirements.  Shared living accommodation: Reconfiguration of internal room layouts informed by MORRO's operational experience. The overall number of shared living rooms remains unchanged at 212.  Communal amenity: Reconfiguration of communal facilities to improve their functionality and reflect operational requirements.  Ground floor and basement: Amendments to the arrangement of plant, servicing, cycle storage, refuse facilities, access and the electrical substation including changes arising from the revised ground floor level required to address flood risk.  Building section: Minor adjustments to internal floor-to-floor heights to improve the quality of the ground floor commercial accommodation following the increase in the approved ground floor level whilst retaining the approved overall building height.  Elevations: Minor consequential amendments to windows, doors, terraces and ground floor elevations arising from the revised internal arrangements and servicing requirements.
