Application for non-material amendment of planning permission dated 11/08/25 , ref: PA/24/00996The Non Material Amendment(s) Sought are to the consented landscape strategy and play space provision within Phase 2 of the Bow Common development.The following provides a summary of these amendments:  New under 5's playspace provision introduced in the Ginnel Area;  Additional 5-11s play provision within the Ginnel which will provide a greater variety in play setting across the development;  Partial relocation of playspace from the Phase 3 podium ;  Adjustments to pathways and landscape to reduce potential conflicts between movement and play;  An enhanced relationship between play and the Pavilion caf‚ enabling parental supervision and natural surveillance within the Ginnel; and  Integrated landscape and play design, combining planting, natural features and play elements.
