Application for Non-Material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/25/00874, Dated 18/12/2025.Non Material amendment(s) Sought: To revise and amend the wording of Condition 5 (Privacy Measures) and vary the approved drawings secured under Condition 2 (Approved Drawings List). The design changes include: - Provision of a new lift adjacent to the consented stairs to 1st floor level, to allow improved and inclusive access to the padel courts; - Approved glass stair enclosure to be changed to solid brickwork with corrugated metal cladding. Inclusion of a roof light to ensure continued light to stairwell; - Removal of one toilet container on 1st floor padel level and reconfiguration of the remaining toilet container due to space constraints; and - Replacing the approved metal balustrade at 1st floor padel level (western elevation) with a solid privacy screen to mitigate any overlooking relating to adjacent residential properties. This change is considered to also provide the relevant details currently required under Condition 5 (privacy measures).
