Removal of a non-original window and the blockwork below to install a bi-fold door, improving access to the rear garden. This alteration will facilitate the removal of an existing external staircase, which occupies a significant portion of the garden. The redundant doorway associated with the staircase will be replaced with a window to increase natural light within the property. Separately, a non-structural partition wall within the kitchen will be removed to create a larger, more open-plan living space.
