Proposed Works: Replacement of the principal entrance doorset. The existing fully glazed double doors will be replaced with a new stainless steel-framed 1.5-leaf doorset to improve building security, as the current doorset cannot be securely locked. The entrance fob sensor, exit button, and intercom will be relocated and integrated into the new entrance doorset to prevent unauthorised access to the vestibule.
