Minor Material Amendments (Section 73) to the planning permission granted (PA/24/01517) on 11/3/2026 for "Conversion and extension of the buildings to provide 1 x 1 bed, 1 x 2 bed and 1 x 4 bed units, with the retention of office workspace (Use Class E) at ground floor level, including the erection of an infill and roof extension to 66-68 Bell Lane and the erection of lightweight glass pavilions on the roofs of both buildings, terraces, and other associated alterations." The minor material amendments relate to changes to Condition No. 2 (approved drawings) and Condition No. 15 (restricted access to flat roof). The changes centre upon minor changes to the design and form of the roof-level pavilions.
