Internal and external alterations to a Grade II listed dwelling, including:Reconfiguration of the basement to create an open-plan kitchen and dining space, with new structural beams, underfloor heating, and the reuse of the rear outrigger as a utility and WC. Refurbishment of the upper-ground-floor living spaces, including partial removal of the partition wall between front and rear rooms with retained nibs, reinstatement of stone entrance steps, repair of cast-iron railings, and installation of SlimLite Heritage double-glazed sash windows within existing box frames. Reconfiguration of the first floor to form a new family bathroom and ensuite; replacement of non-original joinery and radiators; and addition of a new rear mid-landing sash window. Loft-level works including insulation upgrades within the mansard roof, replacement of hollow-core doors with solid timber four-panel doors, and installation of a flush conservation-style rooflight.External works comprising gentle cleaning and repainting of masonry, partial rebuilding of the rear outrigger wall in matching London Stock Brick, repair and repainting of railings, and general garden refurbishment. Installation of an air-source heat pump, underfloor heating to lower and ground floors, and column radiators to upper floors as part of an energy-efficiency upgrade.
