Application for Non-Material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/24/00996, Dated 11/08/2025.Non Material amendment(s) Sought: amendments to the internal layout, external facing elevations and landscaping of Phase 2 of the consented Bow Common development. The full details of the amendments are outlined in the Design and Access Statement (August 2025) which accompanies this application. The following provides a summary of these amendments:? Redistribution of unit locations throughout the phase;? A minor mix change of the provision of units in Phase 2 (see Table 1);? Additional floor added to Block F and G through the optimisation of floor-to-floor heights, with no increase to the overall height of the building; ? Additional 45 homes, increasing the total number of residential units from 365 to 410;? Additional 18 affordable homes, 14 of which will be Affordable Rent;? Minor elevation changes in relation to the redistribution of homes and mix;? Minor amendments to ground floor layouts; and? Amendments made to the landscaping scheme and public realm of the phase.
