Listed Building Consent for the following works: External:1x non illuminated fascia signage; Opaque vinyl to the top lights of the top light (above the canopy) in the shopfront glazing.Internal:A partition wall to the rear (west) with integral shelving and a door enclosing the access to the stairs to the basement; A partition against the south wall; A new central shelving unit in place of the existing central unit and partitions; A new false ceiling which will house the lighting and services and is set away from the external elevations;Installation of a new floor finish above the existing timber floor (reversible); Replastering of the existing walls below the modern shop windows to the north (the piers are left as is), and to the new boxing out below the modern shop window to Commercial Street.
