Listed building consent sought for the internal alterations and refurbishment of existing wedding dress showroom. The works consist of:- Removal of part of the existing internal solid wall to form a new opening between two areas and strip out of existing solid and glazed partitions and kitchen area- Construction of new solid partitions- Construction of new plasterboard lining wall to encapsulate existing glazed tile and brick walls- Installation of new back-of-house tea point/kitchen area and coffee point- Installation of new furniture cupboards and ceiling-fixed clothing rails- New lighting & mechanical solution housed within MF ceiling and archway gaps- Other minor associated internal works relating to decorating and restoration of internal fittings.
