Application for non-material amendment to planning permission ref: PA/16/03539, as planning appeal decision Dated 08/12/2017 ref: APP/E5900/W/17/3180615Non-Material Amendment(s) Sought: It is the intention of the applicant, The London Diocese, who will be retaining this property to ensure the building meets Passive Haus standards on airtightness and insulation values, and in order to achieve this, all windows will need to be triple glazed and thermally broken. This is achievable on all windows as previously consented, with the exception of one first floor window as highlighted on drawings 021 and 121. To ensure the Passive Haus standard can be applied throughout we seek permission to nominally increase the size of this window to ensure it can be built to the relevant standard and u-value.
